Dickinson Quickest in Wet Final Practice

Riley Dickinson was quickest in a wet final practice session for GT World Challenge America competitors ahead of qualifying and tomorrow’s race at Road America.

Dickinson recorded a best lap of 2:21.552 in the No. 13 Kellymoss Porsche 911 GT3 R Evo to outpace the No. 28 RS1 Porsche of Danny Dyszelski by 0.066 seconds.

Mikael Grenier’s No. 34 JMF Motorsports Mercedes-AMG GT3 Evo was third quickest, followed by a late improvement by Benny Simonsen in the No. 163 AF Corse Ferrari 296 GT3 Evo.

Only 12 of the 24 entered cars turned laps in the session, with only a slight chance of rain tomorrow morning.

Qualifying is set for Sunday at 9:10 a.m. CST ahead of the three-hour race, which gets underway at 2 p.m. CST. Both sessions will be streamed live on SRO’s GT World YouTube channel.
