Marcus Littlewood extended his championship lead at the midpoint of the inaugural Radical Cup Europe season, taking back-to-back podiums at Circuit Paul Ricard.

The reigning Radical Cup UK champion currently sits at the top of the standings for the one-make championship with 201 points.

The British driver triumphed in the pair of 50-minute races at Paul Ricard, converting pole position into a win in Race 1 before backing it up with a second place finish in Race 2 on Sunday.

Littlewood previously netted the same results at the season opener at Mugello in March,  driving his No. 3 RSR Radical SR3 XXR.

Despite mid-table results in the second round at Spa-Francorchamps, Littlewood still holds a healthy lead of 49 points to STEP Motorsport drivers Sebastian Schou and Morten Stromsted.

The Radical Cup Scandinavia champions took a standout win in Race 1 at Spa, sharing driving duties in the No. 38 Radical.

Radical Norway driver Erlend Juan Olsen sits 17 points adrift of the Danish duo.

Olsen has racked up three podiums so far this season, keeping himself in the title hunt even after failing to finish Race 2 at Spa.

RJ Motorsport driver Lowen Stephens is fourth on the points tally. He took a second place finish last time out at Paul Ricard, bringing his total to 121 points as the season edges closer to its climax.

John Macleod is in fifth place in the standings in his 16th season of Radical Cup racing.

The RSR driver also heads the Fangio class, which is for drivers over the age of 50. He previously won consecutive Fangio class titles in Radical Cup UK.

RJ Motorsports’ Jahid Fazal-Karim sits 20 points behind Macleod in class and sixth overall in the championship.

Swedish drivers Peter Gustafson & Filip Svensson lead the SR10 class as the only Radical SR10 XXR entered in the series so far.

The five-round championship, which supports Creventic’s Michelin 24H Series as part of a multi-year partnership, will resume for round four on July 3-5 at the Nürburgring.
